For over thirty years, I have lived with Reiki, from my Japanese roots to a deeper understanding gained through years of real-life practice in Europe. From this foundation, I have been teaching Reiki courses. I wish to share my research on traditional Japanese methods and pass on what my generous masters shared with me.

As a Reiki and Energy Healing Master, I was trained by our highly esteemed teacher, Atsushi Kubo Sensei. My journey with “Ki” began back in 1990 through the practice of Aikido; however, discovering Reiki marked a profound awakening—a higher understanding of life force energy and a much deeper alignment with it. Today, I offer dedicated Energy Healing and Reiki sessions, fully committed to serving others with the utmost care, integrity, and devotion. It would be a true privilege to earn your trust, a gift I promise to always honour and never take for granted.
I am a Well-being Coach and certified Master Level 4 Reiki Practitioner. In combination with stress management, energy work, mindfulness, and personal coaching education, my clients experience not only profound, long-lasting healing and peace but also substantive, concrete mental and emotional support to improve quality of life and return to natural balance.
My journey in yoga, meditation, and healing arts began in Seoul in 1994 and has continued for over thirty years. Along the way, I have studied yoga, breathwork, meditation, psychology, and Reiki, and have been initiated in the Sivananda and Himalayan traditions as well as Reiki.
I am a Reiki Master and have been working in the fields of energy healing, intuitive guidance, and holistic personal development for many years. My work is based on an intuitive approach that includes energy field scanning, energy balancing, identifying limiting patterns, and strengthening the connection with one’s true self.
I have a passion for supporting others on their journey toward balance, healing, and self-discovery. Over the years, I have trained in several holistic practices, including Pranotherapy, Akashic Records (Level 1), Chi Balls, Oracle guidance, and I am certified in Reiki Level 3.
